Kate Hynd in the Maghull branch has been excellent. I am buying. Unfortunately following the survey I decided not to proceed but I couldn’t have had better care from anyone. Kate kept in touch. She was professional. I’m just sorry the property wasn’t for me.

As stressful as buying my first property was, this was made so much easier by Kate Hynd. From the beginning she was incredibly helpful, and went above the normal levels you’d expect. There was no pressure, just friendly help at every turn. Can’t thank them all enough!

From start to finish a fantastic Estate agent to deal with.
