Part time Sales Negotiator

Job Type: Part-time

Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen to become a part of our strong sales team within Alastair Saville who are a well-established independent estate agency, operating successfully in Maghull, Lydiate, Aintree and the surrounding areas for over 17 years. Key responsibilities include assisting taking new properties onto the sales market, conducting property viewings as and when required and general office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and admin: Assist with the initial marketing process (When a new property comes to market you would be responsible to visit the property, produce the property particulars through to making the property live onto the sales market) and perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Client communication/Customer Service : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants, acting as one of the main point of contact.
  • Customer service: Provide a high level of customer service which would include such registering people, booking valuations and viewings, reporting feedback following viewings.
  • Attending Viewings : As and when required to conduct external viewings.
